After 10 years of significant ministry among our Association of Baptist Churches as our Associate Director for Church Development, Rev Pete Davies had previously indicated God’s leading to bring this season of ministry to a close as he seeks to discern what next God would have for him. Pete will be finishing at the end of September. During his time in this role, Pete initially oversaw our church planting initiatives alongside of evangelism and church health and development. Many churches and pastors have benefitted from his wisdom and insight and have become healthier and more missional as a result. We wish Pete and June God’s richest blessings as they relocate to the North Coast and seek opportunities for further ministry. We also welcome Rev Ian Altman who commences on September 13 as our new Associate Director for Church Development.
